Not sure if this is a Rih Special Course frame, size and weight are no match for Reynolds 531 tubing, braze-ons under the bottom bracket are far away from common so see the pictures and judge for yourself and if someone have infos on this frame shoot us a message, this frame is made for braze-on shifter, it is made for braze-on front derailleurs and has got two bottle cage mounts, /
