Unsure about the period but seems to be rather old, comes with oiling valve, thread is an very old standard not common any more, was sometimes furthermore also used on junior bikes,
made for use with 1/2" x 1/8" chains

Unsicher über die Epoche aber scheint eher alt zu sein, hat eine Ölungsventil, das Gewinde ist ein sehr alter standard der heute heute nicht mehr üblich ist, manchmal wurde dieses Gewinde auch an Jugend- und Kinderrädern verwendet,
für die Verwendung mit 1/2" x 1/8" Ketten gemacht
